We are seeking an individual to join the Commercial IT Functional Lead organization. This role will serve as a strategic IT liaison / business partner and engage directly with the US Managed Markets & Reimbursement function and the Global Market Access function as the Associate Director Market Access IT Functional Lead. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of the managed markets business area, its supporting technologies, and the overall commercial business unit.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Establishing yourself as a trusted business partner who can represent the US Managed Markets & Reimbursement function and Global Market Access function and contributing to their overall success

- Developing and managing a portfolio of IT activities necessary to support the goals of Market Access functions

- Influencing these plans in a way that allows the organization to succeed while incorporating the operational realities of supporting functions, including IT

- Contributing to an IT function that translates the portfolio into actionable projects, budgets, staff and delivery plans, and ultimately, supported capabilities

- Managing budget and deliverables for sales-focused projects

- Creating mutual accountability with business partners to determine success metrics for all projects, and drive post-launch measurement and cross-functional reporting of these metrics to ensure successful projects and proper lessons learned

- Sharing accountability for successful deployment of IT projects, including playing an active role in ensuring the business understands how to harness their technology for better business outcomes

This Individual should be able to easily partner with the business to understand their key processes around health care systems marketing, contract strategy, rebate and chargeback processing as well as strategic data analysis.

Qualifications
- Experience with Revitas and/or Model N Revenue Management Systems
- Experience with Market Access incentive contract and pricing strategies including gross to net and government pricing impacts
- Experience with Market Access Field Based teams and technologies
- Experience with Payer Analytics and Market Access pull through requirements across the US and Global Commercial organizations
- Vendor management experience
- Experience with the SDLC and PMI Processes
- 8-10 years IT/Industry Experience EducationBachelors Degree required, Masters preferred.
