Duties: Act as a leader on the MS Franchise Center of Excellence marketing team responsible for developing and leading key components of the MS Franchise Marketing Strategy and Tactical plans, with a focus on HCPs. Work collaboratively with Brand Teams, Patient Center of Excellence, Customer facing teams (sales, specialty teams, etc.), Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, Managed Access and Reimbursement, and Information Technology, to successfully lead HCP marketing initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include:

- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives and shape key strategic marketing choices

- Utilize customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop, and execute business initiatives that advance the business

- Develop and execute against promotional strategy and tactical plans targeting US based Neurologists and other HCPs involved with the treatment of MS

- Oversee the development of promotional initiatives that meet or exceed tactical goals

- Oversee the development of a multi-channel marketing plan including digital and non-personal tactics

- Gain approval for marketing strategies and tactics through the internal review processes

- Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

- Effectively manage the operational budget

- Effectively oversee external agencies

- 10 - 15% domestic travel for customer meetings, conferences, training, and internal meetings.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications. Experience must include:
- Channel marketing experience, including digital, web, CRM, and social
- Experience in specialty markets
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to promotional activity
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to perform in fast paced environments and influence without authority
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills required 40 hours per week 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
