Job Description:

The focus of the role is to provide strategic partnership to TA & Mobility Program Lead to identify, develop, and implement global Talent Acquisition tools, technology, programs and processes ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and scalability. Provides thought leadership on cutting edge TA tools, programs, and processes.

Key responsibilities include:


- Manages several global TA Programs such as Executive and Traditional Employee Referral Program, Recruitment branding including careers page, social media strategy, and job posting process and partners, Drives AAP data awareness and reporting compliance, etc

- Identify, assess, and select best-in-class recruitment tools and technologies. Participate in regional and global user networks to identify best practices and build alliances to influence product innovation.

- Manage and assess third party partnerships to include the facilitation of quarterly business reviews and report outs to leadership that include ROI, innovation and optimization. Develop and present out business case for change, as appropriate to leadership. Participate in RFP's, when appropriate and play leadership role in socialization and decision making during these times. Lead new partner integrations, as appropriate.

- Ensure optimization and full utilization of recruitment technologies during and post implementation, globally. Efforts include facilitating on-going training, communication and education on system enhancements, Audits and data integrity review. Act as the functional liaison between vendors and Global TA function while partnering with HR Operations and HRIT to manage the tools. Work with TA Leads and global TA partners to communicate and implement changes as functional leader for recruitment technology, globally.

- Partner with legal counsel to ensure processes, communications, and systems are in full compliance with OFCCP and global regulatory agencies. Coordinate and lead, where appropriate, education and awareness sessions. Lead all communication efforts across TA as it relates to regulatory requirements (OFCCP, SOX, etc).

- Participate and lead key projects across the department. Projects may include, but are not limited to, ATS enhancements, process optimization/changes, implementing background checking globally, etc.

- Regularly connects with TA Leads and other stakeholders to understand current needs and future opportunities for TA processes and programs. Also key point of contact for TA leads for issue escalation.

- Presents status reports to keep management informed of program status and related issues. Partners with Systems reporting team to produce meaningful reports for recruiters, TA Leads, and the business including dashboards, etc.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
- Total of 8+ years of recruitment programs and project management experience including recruitment technology within a large global company
- Experience leading cross-functional teams - coaching and motivational management skills
- Proven exceptional project management experience in a global organization
- PMI or PMP certification, desired but not required
- Experience interacting and successfully influencing others, including executives
- Experience as a recruiter preferred but not required
- Ability to lead change management initiatives
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly proficient using Excel, Word, Visio & Power point.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic & international
- Proven consultative and analytical skills
- Decision making, negotiation, and delegation skills are necessary to manage projects and relationships EducationBachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's degree preferred.
