This position will support the HR Leader for Corporate Functions.
The right candidate must be flexible, organized, proactive, and act as an ambassador for our culture. This position also requires a professional demeanor, sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift gears quickly. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential for this role because interaction with staff across all levels of the organization is necessary. Keen attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and ability to complete multiple projects in a thorough and timely manner is essential.
Duties include:

Calendar & meeting management

- Leadership Team meetings and Team meetings - set agendas, attend, take minutes, handle follow-up

- General administrative support

- Track and follow up on urgent and pending issues

- Manage expense reporting

- Arrange travel

- Logistic support, coordination and set up of meetings, events, off sites, etc. - manage the entire process from start to finish, arrange and necessary equipment, prepare agenda and relevant information, take minutes and other relevant tasks

- Minor administrative support to the entire HR Corporate Functions team, ex., ordering of supplies as needed, facilities requests, ordering of food/drink for specific meetings, etc.

- Manage budget: includes handling of invoices, purchase orders, monthly accruals, etc.

- Complete work orders, IT requests, new hire requirements, etc.

- Other tasks as identified

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
- Expert organizational and operational skills and brings best practices in these areas
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment
- High level of computer proficiency, i.e. Microsoft Office
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities
- Demonstrated experience problem-solving and proactive dealing with complex, ambiguous situations with diplomacy and tact
