The Senior Manager/ Manager, Medical Training is responsible for developing and executing Global Medical Training related to Biogen therapeutic areas and products. This position will liaise with representatives from key functions within Biogen (e.g., Medical, Research & Development, Marketing, and Commercial) and manage external vendors to develop and maintain training materials and curricula (e.g., slide sets, presentations, eLearning modules) and coordinate and deliver training programs (e.g., workshops, internal presentations). This position participates in cross-functional teams within Global Medical and the Enterprise Learning organization to ensure alignment with strategy for all training activities. The Senior Manager/ Manager is responsible for planning and leading training activities for multiple therapeutic areas and products.

Job Requirements:

QualificationsPhD in a biological science or related field, PharmD, Nurse Practioner or MD, and 5+ years of related experience at pharmaceutical company or medical communications agency, M.A., M.S., M.S.N.,P.A., M.B.A., M.P.H. and 6+ years of experience. Experience and knowledge in the following areas are important: adult learning and training strategies, some knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process, management of consultants and vendors. EducationM.A., M.S., M.S.N.,P.A., M.B.A., M.P.H. Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.O.
