-Provide global medical strategic support to Aducanumab phase 3 recruitment and retention initiatives reporting directly to Lead MD Alzheimer's disease, global therapeutic areas.

-Represent Aducanumab global medical at the clinical development team and understands clinical development team priorities

-Proficient in the development of Medical tactics/initiatives that could be brought to bear on the R&R issues, including communications and patient advocacy efforts

-Work closely with the medical communications team and global medical team to develop scientifically/clinically accurate communications to be used with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (messaging, Q&As, briefing documents)

-Work closely with global and regional medical colleagues, external stakeholder engagement and development team, regional AD medical science liaison teams, and medical insights analytics team to support focused KOL R&R meetings, compile country-specific profiles for HCP engagement and other data relevant to study recruitment activities

-Ability to drive strategic decision making
-Strong communication skills and ability to be effective within a complex matrixed organization
-Minimum 5 years' experience at the Associate Director level in neuroscience medical affairs and/or clinical development is required Education
