Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. May have customer interaction. Converts specifications about business problems into programming instructions. Designs and codes programs, creates test transactions and runs tests, revises as necessary. Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems. Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large scale system. Maintains records to document program development and revisions. Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems. Provides technical support to technical vendor resources. As appropriate, designs and codes business process models, designs and codes business rules and algorithms. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, and development of CRM solutions following the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.
  • Designs and codes programs, creates design strategies, works with middleware engineers, creates test transactions and runs tests, revises as necessary.
  • Develop specifications, oversee delivery of integrations between the CRM solution, middleware, and back end systems, i.e. Cast Iron

  • Will have customer interaction.
  • May be required to lead small projects end to end (project planning and execution)
  • Converts specifications about business problems into programming instructions.
  • Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.

  • Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large scale system.
  • Maintains records to document program development and revisions. Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.

  • Provides technical support to technical vendor resources.
  • As appropriate, designs and codes business process models, designs and codes business rules and algorithms.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Mentor more junior staff.
  • Reviews work products from team and vendor consultants.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years Project leadership

  • 3+ years CRM development
  • 3+ years Apex Development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • PMI certification a plus
  • Secondary language (Spanish) option
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present to executive level audience

    Required Education

    Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. 8+ years of related work experience.
