They will prepare and communicate all internal and external VMO-related reports in coordination with the GOSC team and relevant Category Leads. They will also track and report on all VMO departmental metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and monitor SLA-related performance data, change order mechanism, pricing, volume and all other aspects of contractual relationship with the vendor to develop and update vendor scorecard reporting
  • Maintain and validate supplier risk and issues reports
  • Collect and validate ongoing IT spend, including individual vendor spend, to provide reporting on budget tracking and utilization
  • Work with Category Leads and GOSC team to create all internal and external reports and communicate
  • Maintain all VMO reporting including VMO performance and all vendor deals conducted
  • Maintain reporting tools and vendor performance repository

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience with 3-5 years preferably in an analytical or data-driven role

  • Experience in supplier market analysis, budgeting and finance preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management) or related discipline

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including conducting detailed supplier market analysis

  • Experience with and excellent understanding of a service-based / SLA-based vendor delivery model

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel
