As Netflix continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented team member to join the Global Digital Analysis Marketing Planning & Analysis team to drive digital analytics and support campaign optimization. Marketing leadership relies heavily on the Marketing Planning & Analysis team to inform important business decisions with actionable data-driven insights.

The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Los Gatos, CA and involves coordination with teams in both the US and our international offices. You will report to the Manager, Marketing Planning & Analysis for Global Digital Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate paid media performance for Netflix Originals launch campaigns.
  • Identify optimization opportunities across channels (programmatic, reserve buys, social, real-time bidding, etc.), working closely with regional market leads and programmatic channel managers
  • Assist in campaign planning, including audience analysis through Facebook, DMPs, etc. as well as trailer release and creative performance
  • Drive cross-channel digital marketing reviews and present findings and recommendations
  • Create analytics frameworks and set best practices globally, including development of tools and dashboards
  • Perform region-specific deep dives where necessarily


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education from top tier university plus 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics (required)
  • Experience working with media channels including programmatic, reserve, real-time bidding, and paid social
  • Proven track record and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and analysis, including working with large data sets (log level data) and great Excel skills
  • Quantitative mindset with understanding of basic statistics (e.g. correlation versus causation)
  • Familiarity with data pulls from Business Intelligence tools - e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a simple, concise manner and to build strong relationships with both local and global marketing teams to effectively convert insights into action
  • Flexibility for travel 1-2x per month to Beverly Hills office
