The Netflix Marketing Strategy & Analysis team is looking for an analytical marketer with expertise in digital marketing. The analyst will partner closely with the Global Originals Marketing, Data Engineering & Analysis and Consumer Insights teams to drive insights & optimizations on our global originals campaigns.

Candidates are required to be highly analytical, strong problem solvers, and effective communicators. He/she must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and focus on generating results. The candidate must be a self-starter and able to work effectively autonomously and drive projects cross-functionally.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of identifying key questions, connecting the dots, performing analyses independently, and communicating findings in a clear and concise way. He/she must display strong initiative for anticipating and meeting the business demands of senior-level business managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create thoughtful recommendations - based on data - that will improve the performance of Global Originals Marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with data engineering and ad tech teams to enhance data and analytics capabilities regarding creative performance within campaigns.
  • Recommend key areas for A/B creative testing within digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing & ad-hoc analytical support to Global Originals Marketing team as relates to digital marketing performance.
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics required.
  • Strong capabilities for crafting and presenting analyses and insights to senior executives.
  • Substantial experience working with all digital marketing channels including programmatic reserve, real time bidding, and paid social
  • Strong understanding of underlying advertising technology (ad serving, DMP, creative technologies, RTB bidding, etc.) and advertising landscape (mobile limitations, mechanics of attribution, etc.)
  • Proven track record and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and analysis, including working with large data sets and great Excel skills
  • Candidate is expected to travel 1-2 times a month between Los Gatos and Beverly Hills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics required.
