Key responsibilities:

  • Create incredible by title marketing campaigns across the region
  • Produce content campaigns that set new standards for entertainment marketing
  • Develop and manage specific marketing projects, seasonal campaigns, managing both the media and working with the creative team/agencies to deliver the campaign
  • Build long-term valuable relationship with key relevant local media players and publishers
  • Main point of contact for the originals creative team
  • Manage and drive day to day campaigns on Netflix originals and exclusive content in additional to genre and audience specific campaigns
  • Working with the media and other agencies in market, prepare an overview of competitor campaigns including media and creative, in particular focus on what they are doing differently- Work with creative and content services to support the production of material in market
  • Supervise the tactical media budget allocation and update on a regular basis the total consumer spend
  • Key point of contact for PR, Social, Product, Content Acquisition and Content Services
  • Reporting to the Marketing Director, France

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience working at a Studio/TV Marketing Department, working on Strategy, Creative, Digital ,Television.
  • Ability to act autonomously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French language)
  • Strong strategic thinker.- Experience in experiential and engagement strategies a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
  • Prior project management, team leadership experience, or agency management.
  • Experience on integrated, multi-media marketing projects.
  • Solid understanding of creative key art and video execution, media, advertising, and entertainment marketing.- Understanding of talent restrictions.
  • Strong relationship management skills. Client or agency experience is a plus.
  • Marketing experience in the French and European market.
