Key accountabilities

  • Work with the Head of Ancillary Products & Services to develop and deliver an ambitious growth strategy for Ancillary Products & Services
  • Execute quantitative analysis from multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and challenge assumptions that underpin the strategic direction of the team
  • Work with internal and external researchers to design the customer and market research strategy, and deliver insights to set direction
  • Develop frameworks for assessing and prioritising commercial opportunities
  • Support development of commercial relationships with third party providers of ancillary products and services
  • Specify and prioritise requirements for business process and technology-based changes to deliver on the growth strategy
  • Work effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments within the business, including developers/system architects across multiple technology systems
  • Provide coaching to junior commercial analysts

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
