Account Executive APAC

We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our APAC account acquisition and management team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for working closely with existing hotel and OTA partners across APAC to grow their online traffic acquisition campaigns and their investment with TripAdvisor.

The right person for this role will have online media experience and ideally familiarity with optimizing variable online campaigns such as search, CPC or social, with clients and/or agencies in the Online Travel Agency/Tour Operator or Ecommerce industries.

This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, responsible person who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. This role is based in our Singapore Office.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Key Accounts in Singapore, the successful candidate will also support other Account Managers in the optimization process of key accounts and help proactively to find new ways to build the client's business through detailed analysis and effective salesmanship.

Job Requirements:

:

  • Up to 2 years' account analysis and/or management experience of online travel or ecommerce related media/search accounts.
  • Experience with paid search auctions and the technical requirements for their implementation and management.
  • A team player who is fully capable of building effective internal and external partnerships.
  • Comfortable with technical interaction - the successful candidate must enjoy problem solving and be unafraid of technical solutions to ensure that campaign meets quarterly targets.
  • Able to monitor and report on campaign metrics
  • Excellent communication skills - via email, phone, interpersonally, and presentation.
  • Good business judgment, as well as emotional and professional maturity.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities. Extremely organized and highly motivated.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English required with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese desirable
  • Some business travel is expected
