You are skilled at translating business needs into product plans that incorporate appropriate internal/external research. You have extensive experience working in Agile framework and with engineering teams to break down the product plans and deliver best-in-class products.

You will collaborate across the product team and with key stakeholders to prioritize key features and ensure coordination between all teams involved.

Summary of essential job functions
  • Work with key business stakeholders to define and translate strategic business ideas into product stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with Business Analysts to appropriately incorporate business data and rules into product plans and scoping
  • Work with the Product Team to prioritize backlog to help develop complex features across all Viator platforms: Desktop, Mobile and API for all Viator markets
  • Use Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance of all new initiatives as well as identify any area of opportunity
  • Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems
  • Manage technical projects, track progress towards milestones, and keep tabs on all the moving parts of a major release
