  • Test, test, test through A/B testing.
  • Conceptualize and develop new ad serving algorithms to meet various business objectives.
  • Monitor the global marketplace for opportunities to influence product roadmap, including but not limited to new marketplace technologies (RTB, DMP, ad exchanges, cross-platform targeting, etc.).
  • Present products to the sales organization ensuring they are equipped to bring our offerings to market.
  • Meet regularly with key Cruise Critic advertisers to understand their business needs and provide direct feedback on ad solutions initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing sales support on products including, best practices, pricing, performance, optimizations, etc.

  • High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time. Successfully able to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated worker with entrepreneurial passion.
  • Must possess strong leadership and teamwork skills but be able to work independently.
  • Understand that in a proactive environment, not all projects will come to fruition, utilize these lessons for future projects.
  • Exhibits integrity though fair and ethical behavior toward others and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment.
  • Treats colleagues and partners with respect.
  • Experienced business judgment.
  • Metrics focused and driven.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Must be able to perform customary physical duties and meet appropriate social expectations of a professional office environment

We have built an open, collaborative and fast-paced environment. We look for people who don't wait for the business to come to them, but they empower themselves and empower others to make a difference. We use data, move fast and take risks. We do what we do well, but can get way better. Let us know if you'd like to help us do just that.
