Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated specialist to grow the portfolio of vacation rental listings across our North America markets for the TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals website.

The successful candidate will play a key role in reaching out to and growing our customer base. S/he will support revenue growth by working individually to qualify leads and in conjunction with several sales representatives on specific territory strategies and activities.

This Boston-based role requires a candidate who is able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-national, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. The role will report to the Head of North American Sales and supporting sales representatives within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify outbound leads to help grow the portfolio of vacation rental listings across North America.
  • Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of outbound calls in a metrics driven contact center environment.
  • Timely follow up and thorough qualification of marketing and sales leads.
  • Assist with adhoc projects, includes activities such as tradeshow follow up.
  • Support prospecting initiatives and campaigns for territories assigned to support.
  • Responsible for using Salesforce to help partner with sales representatives to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Prioritize daily sales calls and email follow-up for maximum revenue impact.
  • Help to continually evolve our overall telesales system.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 1 year of sales/sales support, lead management, or telemarketing experience
  • Experience working in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong organization/prioritization skills, proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong listening, probing, and phone skills.
  • Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Must enjoy problem solving and be unafraid of technical solutions to ensure successful launch of products.
  • Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver without constant supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • General understanding of CRM applications such as Salesforce.
