Position Description Senior Launch Manager, APAC (work location either Beijing, Shanghai or Hong Kong) Position Overview: Reporting to the Head of Launch Management, with a dotted line into the regional VP of Sales, EAN are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to fulfil the regional role of Partner Launch Manager for APAC. This role is key for the growth of EAN globally and demands very high calibre individuals who can demonstrate first class project delivery experience along with exceptional customer facing skills. As a key member of the Partner:Connect team, this role is partner facing and 100% focused on ensuring that we launch new partners quickly without compromising quality/productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Document and maintain the E2E Launch Process - Continuous process improvement - Assist with pre-sales when required Coordinate requests and resources - Encourage each Partner to contribute to and work from a shared Project Plan - Requests within EAN need to be raised and tracked - Liaise directly with External Development Organisations (Partners preferred supplier or EAN Accredited Affiliates) who are performing development work on behalf of the partner - Proactively identify and address any delays - Chair Weekly Launch Meetings with Partner, Account Manager and the implementation teams to track progress and ensure success Schedule Workshops and Reviews - Project kick off workshop should be scheduled with the Partner:Connect assigned resource and the partners technical representative - Mid-point / beta site reviews should be scheduled to ensure best practice is being adhered to - Final Pre-Go Live site review Ensure Visibility and Reporting - Enhanced traceability provides the ability to produce detailed reports on the Launch Status of each partner - as well as ensuring we prepare the teams for launch You will be responsible for producing: - Weekly Launch Status Report for the AMER region - Monthly Launch Time Analysis - highlighting and addressing the points where delays occurring Align Post Go Live Service Support - Every launch needs attention during the initial weeks of Live running. The accountable person should also take ownership of ensuring that the partner continues to get FastTrack support during this PGLS phase - You will have visibility of EVERY support request raised from the new Partners as well as the ability to escalate quickly if the request is delaying progress - You will ensure the Account Manager is briefed on any issues - Post Go Live Review - if deemed appropriate, the Partner:Connect team can be called on to perform a technical PGLS review to focus on performance and optimisation - Coordinate Optimisation support where needed Innovation - Work with Partners and the regional Sales organisation to continuously monitor API development request and feedback to the Product team via the Launch team - Champion ideas within the Launch Management team and drive adoption of new processes within the AMER region

Job Requirements:
