Required:
  • Solid hands-on experience in PK and immunogenicity assay development
  • Experience with multiple technology platforms (e.g. ELISA, MSD, Gyros, etc.) for measuring biotherapeutic concentrations and ADA in biological matrix
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for multi-tasking and managing multiple projects, highly detail-oriented with excellent record keeping skills.
  • Representation of bioanalytical assay group at project teams

Preferred:
  • Programming and running of laboratory automation including plate washers and liquid handlers.
  • Previous experience with biomarker assay development.
  • Previous experience in managing assay outsourcing to CROs.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, time constrained and matrix environment.
  • A recognized team player with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Track-record of independent problem-solving and application of advanced innovative scientific approaches.
