Primary activities:

  • Global end-to-end value chain management in long term time horizon with strategic focus
  • Accountable for Cost, Quality, Customer Service and Compliance
  • Charged with maximizing the brand asset around the world, increasing revenue and improving margin?
  • Leads Value Chain Management Team
  • Delivers and executes against comprehensive global product strategies (Product Master Plan) for each product in assigned portfolio, including life cycle mgmt.
  • Represents value chain on long-term strategic cross functional teams (i.e. IDST, Capital Project teams, Global S&OP)
  • MMD point of contact for strategic initiatives:? Business Development Opportunities, Emerging Markets, Network Strategy
  • Principle partner with GHH on broad, strategic, long-term issues and major event updates
  • Manages new product launches
  • Leads site selection teams and development of financial supply chain
  • Link to site through IPT Leads and other VCM team members
  • Identifies business opportunities to improve the supply risk profile and cost of the assigned portfolios
  • Manages resolution of global product disruptions:? Develops and implements action plans with appropriate escalation and consistent communication

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS Required, MBA or Advanced Technical Degree Preferred with a minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience

Required Experience:

  • Candidate must have broad cross functional skills and business/management/operations experience, knowledge of the functions that support the business including: Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, and Marketing would be beneficial.?
  • Horizontal and vertical leadership skills, business acumen, persuasion and influence, assertiveness, proactive mindset, accountability and capability in working with and influencing people outside of the SCM and MMD organization.
  • The position requires a person with a strategic and commercial viewpoint who approaches decision making from the company's perspective.

  • Commercial experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
