  • Demonstrated ability to lead implementation of HR programs using innovative tools, platforms and partnerships
  • Sophisticated knowledge of stakeholder management
  • Ability to identify and communicate compelling arguments on business benefits and value of HR programs
  • Ability to gain deep understanding of an area of HR with the intent to manage change and develop, write and implement communication strategy
  • Ability to link and align HR programs to other programs and strategies
  • Must be a strong collaborator with Strong Consultative and Influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, global organization
  • Ability to partner with leaders and peers to anticipate and mitigate implementation issues
  • Change Management, Communications/Marketing and/or Project Management experience in the field of Human Resources

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a COE or HR Communications organization
