  • Provide engagement analytics thought leadership: provide internal consultation, build an internal subject matter expertise network and facilitate sharing of best practices

  • 4+ years relevant work experience (customer engagement analytics)
  • Minimum of 2 years in database marketing or marketing analytics
Preferred:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in web analytics, online marketing metrics and/or key performance metrics
  • Experience with analytics products such as Google Analytics, Adobe
  • Experience with paid media and social media platforms
  • Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing
  • Experience with processing and analyzing complex data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisions
  • Hands-on approach to work
