  • Work closely with Aviation (helicopter arrangements) and Executive Travel.
  • Create and support taking on the role of owner or co-owner of various teamsites.
  • Assist with the arrangement of Town Hall meetings, including producing communications and arrangement of webcast services.
  • Communication skills must be at a level to effectively interact with high level management, both internal/external both on-site and remotely to maintain workflow.
  • Assist in the implementation of special projects.
  • Ability to provide backup administrative services to the SVP of Discovery Research, Preclinical Sciences & Early Development as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Track numerous documents requiring SVP approval, monitor and screen communications for action or delegation.

  • Experience processing expense reports, purchase orders, payment requests
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions


Preferred:


  • Prior experience having supported executive level professionals, experience working with SVP's / Executive Admins a plus
  • Experience with processing consultant agreements
  • Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, etc.)
