  • Engaging and motivating leadership style to influence cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical relationship
  • Negotiation and commercial skills to identify and close sales opportunities, focused on complex, large scale negotiations
  • Comprehend and implement value selling, extended product offering to conventional and innovative services
  • Strategic and managerial thinking to ensure that Merck's global diversified portfolio business and innovation strategies are effectively collaborated with sales & marketing members in key countries

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with/at target accounts in the Americas region
  • Business skills such as strategic and innovative international marketing and business development
