  • Maintain and practice robust safety and quality culture.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure both internal and external customer needs are met.
  • Use Lean Manufacturing tools for effective problem solving and continuous improvements.
  • Proactively elevate any issues impacting safety, quality, or delivery goals.
  • Write Notice of Events for any non-standard practices relating to cultures.
  • Draft and review production batch records.
  • Train new technicians on sterile technique and documentation practices.
  • Troubleshoot and perform adjustments of equipment as required.
  • Maintain documentation and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
Required:
  • Three to five years previous experience in the biological production industry.
  • Ability to work in an aseptic processing environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Math aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on an intermittent basis.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Ability to lead other technicians in day to day activities.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP and inventory control concepts.
