  • Routine administrative responsibilities include handling expense reimbursements, copying, shredding, filing, screening calls, maintaining a log of external/internal mail, keeping ongoing department lists up-to-date and assist with calendar planning.
  • Scheduling complex travel arrangements including multiple leg trips and international trips requiring Visas.
  • Scheduling of meetings and coordination of logistics including, but not limited to, ordering of food, arranging teleconferences or VirtuaLive and securing appropriate conference room space.
  • Maintain an updated team sites, contact lists and organizational charts.
    Responsible for creating opportunities to work effectively with the available technology.

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in Human Resources Certification)

Required Experience:

  • Professional office experience required
  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices
  • System savvy to manage processing expense reports, purchase orders, etc.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a large number of simultaneous assignments
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, as well as demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to exercise initiative, flexibility, tact and judgment.
