  • Bachelor's Degree or a higher degree in Marketing, Science, Finance, International Business, or other related field. Master degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales and marketing environment that includes an FDA regulated market.
  • Experience leading teams and supervision required.
  • Proficient communicating in both English and Spanish, in oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Able to travel up to 15% of the time within and outside Puerto Rico.
