Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

 

The Regional Sales Performance Manager is responsible for the execution of nationally defined sales initiatives and business priorities across a Retail Sales Region.
 

Core Competencies and Primary Areas of Focus:

  • Drive Customer Experience and Operational Execution
    - Coach market leaders and teams to continuously improve sales performance while positively affecting customer experience.
    - SME Educator - Providing functional and technical subject matter expertise to improve the efficiency of how we deliver for our customers.
    - Accountable for region and HLM level sales control plans.
    - Collaborates with Region, Division, and Sales Performance leadership to deliver integrated, impactful solutions.


     
  • Grow our Business
  • Production and Productivity 
    - Serves as a change catalyst that leverages functional business expertise and influence to drive execution of nationally defined initiatives through sales managers and originators. 
    - Purchase Productivity. 
    - Sales Training, Coaching and sales and marketing policy adherence. 
    - Performance Management of sales performance KPIs (i.e. BPE Management, Draw Deficit Management, Productivity and goal monitoring).
  • Leverage the Enterprise – Optimize One Team Execution 
    - Purchase and One Team initiative sales control plan and playbook execution. 
    - Customer focus and execution (i.e. Preferred, Wealth Management, CRA/LMI/MC, Retail Execution). 
    - One Team initiatives.
  • Grow Our Team – Recruiting and Employee Development 
    - Collaborate with Recruiting partners, RSE and HLMs to provide the tools necessary to drive execution of recruiting initiatives. 
    - Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing branch sales employees. 
    - Develop and enhance impactful solutions to mentor and coach new hires from on boarding to full integration for sales associates.
