This position is responsible for providing customer service to Corporate Clients with the use of American Express MIS products via data transmission and Electronic Data Interchange. - Consults with other business units, regions and third party vendor I/T staff on implementations and continuous maintenance of electronic remittances and data files. - Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients by facilitating the implementation and testing of protocols. - Also maintains and troubleshoots data transmission issues for MIS Card, Travel and Payment Data. Provides detailed end-to-end analysis of data and communication protocols. - Provide Training and Interpretation - Assist the client organization, sales team and third party contacts on the transmission procedures and policies, help the customers, sales and third party vendors interpret and understand files and templates to ensure efficient transmission of data files and payments files. - Participate in conference calls to ensure that the client implementation takes place effectively on AXP systems and they are able to connect and transmit data to and fro to AXP - Independent and innovative decision making to resolve customer issues, look for all possible technological issues and troubleshoot every case individually as every client has a different technical set up. - Contacting Direct Clients and/or Third Party for remittance file faliures via phone and email - Would be required to provide off hours & weekend coverage as and when required(team rotation) - Drive Superior Customer Service (VoCM and RTF) -Hours of Operation:24X7 .This role may be subject to additional background verification checks. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
