The ideal candidate for this role is an entrepreneurially-minded individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. This individual must have a proven track record in relationship building, P&L management, negotiation of large and complex deals, direct marketing and loyalty experience. There is a requirement to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different levels, as well gaining a thorough understanding of the competitive environment within the portfolio industry set. Job responsibilities: - Management of key partnerships to deliver on KPI and revenue targets - Develop integrated strategies to grow and evolve partnerships - Serve as main contact for key partnerships and manage relationship with business sponsor on client side - Ensure flawless implementation of large new sponsors - Work closely with all lines of business to deliver outstanding value to partners Travel - 25% Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills/Qualifications: - Proven ability in client management, P&L management, and up selling - Exceptional relationship and partnership management skills in a B2B and B2C environment - Experience with loyalty schemes, ideally across retail, travel and dining - Direct marketing experience preferred - Ability to identify innovative solutions & manage change in a dynamic business environment - Excellent oral / written communication, problem solving and time management skills
