Position Summary

Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure Operations, the Director of Client Services (Campus IT) will be responsible for Client Services and Technical Operations.

Position Description

  • Lead a team of technical resources in supporting our internal users and systems across 8+ locations around the US
  • Provide excellent customer service and deliver operational excellence
  • Provide leadership, vision and management to the IT Department
  • Deliver operational excellence within a high functioning customer service organization
  • Build out a highly reliable, and scalable infrastructure by implementing efficient and agile operations using industry leading metrics
  • Ensure that all internal IT systems are within compliance of key security frameworks & certifications
  • Develop and communicate standards and policies to enable effective IT operation
  • Project leadership and oversight of IT initiatives, e.g. networking, Wifi, asset management, self-service, etc.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and manage back-up, archiving and security systems
  • Ensure that company assets are tracked and maintained responsibly
  • Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner
  • Ownership of budget, procurement, licensing, etc.
  • Hire, manage and mentor top technical talent
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development and support of all corporate IT systems

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Leadership of IT at a 1000+ person tech company, including management of a team of at least 20+ people
  • Rich background and hands-on experience managing on-premises core technologies with a focus around cloud based subscription services
  • Proven track record leading IT services within a highly regarded complex organization that operates at scale
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing managers and future leaders
  • Experience implementing systems and/or self-service solutions
  • End-to-end product development life cycle development
  • Excellent communication skills using all forms of communication: written, verbal and social
