Position Summary

The Trust & Safety (T&S) Group is responsible for defining, enforcing and promoting policies, programs and products to ensure safe transactions and create trust perception across our businesses within Walmart Global Ecommerce.

In this role, the Sr. Manager, Trust & Safety Operations will build and lead teams of T&S agents to support the enforcement of policies and implementation of programs as required by the global Trust & Safety roadmap and business needs.

The Sr. Manager, T&S Operations will partner with T&S Policy Managers, Product and Technology, Compliance, Customer Care and Analytics teams in particular.

This role will report into the Director, Trust and Safety for Walmart Global eCommerce.

Position Description

  • Recruit and lead teams dedicated to enforcing T&S policies and ensuring safe transactions for our customers on Walmart global eCommerce platforms
  • Be accountable for meeting operational targets, KPIs and team performance goals such as NPS, service levels, customer satisfaction, team productivity and availability
  • Deliver insights to the T&S Policy & Product team to identify and anticipate trends
  • Create and own operational excellence program(s) within T&S Operations to optimize performance of Operations team
  • Develop strategic plans for T&S Operations in partnership with relevant stakeholders (Finance, Customer Care, Compliance) to support business growth

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Supervisor in Call Center for 3 years

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce (preferably Marketplace) operations
  • Prior experience in a global customer care environment
  • Cross-functional responsibilities in a matrix structure
  • Comfortable working in an agile and start-up like environment
